What is a campaign?
Campaign is a process of organizing mass simultaneous calls to achieve maximum coverage in a short time. A campaign combines a script, customer group, and phone numbers for call automation.
Main Functions
- Creating campaigns — "Create" button in the top panel
- Editing — click on campaign row
- Start/stop — campaign operation management
- Search and filtering — by name, type, status
- Bulk deletion — select multiple campaigns
Information in the table:
- Type — campaign type (outbound, inbound)
- Name and description — campaign goals
- Status — current state (Draft, Active, Completed)
- Actions — available operations
Creating a Campaign
Step 1: Basic Information
- Click "Create" → fill in name and description
- Select campaign type (outbound/inbound)
Step 2: Parameter Setup
- Select script — customer interaction logic
- Configure subscriber group — database with customer phone numbers
- Select number — phone number for making calls
- Configure working hours — when campaign should work
Step 3: Launch
- Check all settings
- Click "Start" → confirm launch
- Track statistics in real time
Campaign Management
View Information
- Click on campaign row → editing
- Information icon (ℹ️) → detailed information
Search and Filtering
- Search by name or description
- Filter by type or status
- Sort by any column
Campaign Statuses
- Draft — created but not configured
- Ready to launch — all settings completed
- Active — working and making calls
- Paused — temporarily stopped
- Completed — successfully executed
- Error — an error occurred
Troubleshooting
Campaign Won't Start
Reasons: no script selected, subscriber group not configured, no number selected, insufficient funds Solution: check all settings, ensure sufficient balance
Changing Active Campaign Settings
Limitations: some settings cannot be changed during operation, need to stop campaign first
Campaign Shows Error
Actions: read error description, check settings, ensure data correctness
