Dashboard (Main Page)

What is Dashboard?

Dashboard is the main page of your personal account that provides an overview of key information about your account and quick access to the main system functions.

Main Blocks

User Information

  • Welcome message with username
  • Current tariff — name of active tariff plan
  • Balance — current account balance (if available)
  • Logout button — to end session

Campaign Statistics

Campaign switcher: list of buttons with your campaign names, ability to switch between campaigns Action results: detailed statistics on completed actions within the selected campaign General statistics: general campaign indicators, "Go to" button for detailed statistics

  • Campaigns — campaign management, creating new ones
  • Personal Data — profile editing, contact management
  • Tariff — view current tariff, change tariff plan
  • Scripts — list of available scripts (campaigns/IVR)
  • Statistics — detailed campaign statistics, effectiveness analysis
  • Metrics — billing and metrics, expense information
  • FAQ — frequently asked questions, reference information

Working with Dashboard

Viewing Campaign Statistics

  1. Select campaign — click on button with name in "Campaigns" block
  2. Study results — detailed statistics in "Action Results" block
  3. View general statistics — main indicators in "General Statistics" block
  4. Go to detailed statistics — "Go to" button for complete information

Quick Navigation to Sections

  • Campaigns — create new campaign or manage existing ones
  • Scripts — edit scripts (click on name in list)
  • Statistics — detailed effectiveness analysis
  • Personal Data — change profile information
  • Tariff — view and change tariff plan

Working with Balance

  • Top-upMetrics section for account top-up
  • Expense control — regularly check balance in top section
  • Notifications — system automatically notifies about low balance

Troubleshooting

Statistics Not Displaying

Reasons: campaign not launched, no data, internet problems Solution: check campaign status, ensure connection stability, refresh page

Is Campaign Active?

Signs: campaign button highlighted in blue, "Active" status in general statistics, data in results

Don't See Scripts

Check: are scripts created, are access rights configured correctly Solution: go to "Scripts" section for complete list

Page Not Loading

Actions: check internet connection, refresh page, clear browser cache

Balance Not Displaying

This is normal for: corporate tariff, unconfigured balance, prepaid plan To configure: contact manager or go to Metrics section
