Managers
What are managers?
Managers are system users with various roles and access rights. They allow managing teams, assigning roles, and controlling access to platform functions. They are connected to campaigns, scripts, and other system sections.
Main Functions
- Creating users — "Add" button in the top panel
- Editing — click on user card
- Role management — assigning and changing roles
- User search — by name, email or phone
- User deletion — removing unnecessary accounts
Information in cards:
- Name — user's full name
- Email — email for login
- Phone — contact phone number
- Roles — assigned roles and access rights
- Actions — available operations with user
Creating a User
Step 1: Basic Information
- Click "Add" → fill in data:
- User's full name
- Email address (for login)
- Phone number
Step 2: Role Assignment
- Select appropriate roles from the list:
- Admin — administrative rights
- Manager — manager rights
- Operator — operator rights
- Viewer — view-only rights
- Service — service rights
- Ensure access rights are correct
Step 3: Password Setup
- Create a strong password
- User can change it on first login
- Save the user

Editing
- Click on user card → editing
- Change name, email, phone
- Update roles and access rights
- Change password (if necessary)
Search and Filtering
- Search by name, email or phone
- View list as cards
- Use additional filters

Admin (Administrator)
Rights: user management, campaigns, scripts, numbers, billing, report viewing, system settings
Manager (Manager)
Rights: user viewing, campaign management, script management, number management, report viewing
Operator (Operator)
Rights: campaign viewing, campaign start/stop, script viewing, number viewing, report viewing
Viewer (Observer)
Rights: only viewing campaigns, scripts, numbers, reports
Service (Service)
Rights: script editing, billing management, API access, system administration
Troubleshooting
Choosing Roles for User
Recommendations: Leader → Admin, Project Manager → Manager, Operator → Operator, Analyst → Viewer, Technical Specialist → Service
User Forgot Password
Methods: password reset by administrator, recovery via email, creating temporary password for first login
Changing User Email
Possibilities: can be changed through user editing, user will receive notification, need to login with new email
Access Control to Functions
Methods: role assignment, automatic rights checking by system, activity monitoring, regular auditing

Creating Effective Structure
- Plan roles in advance, determine which roles are needed
