Personal Data
The "Personal Data" page allows you to view and edit information about your profile, company, and email settings. Here you can manage all personal data of your account and configure mail servers for sending emails in scripts.

The personal data page is divided into several main blocks:

Displayed Information in Profile
- Full name - user's full name (displayed as card title)
- Phone number - contact phone
- E-mail - email for login

Step-by-Step Instructions
How to View Profile Information
- Go to "Personal Data" section from main menu (/app/personal-data)
- Study basic information in profile card:
- Your full name (displayed as title)
- Contact phone
- E-mail address
- Company name (from TIN)
- Current balance (with currency formatting)
- View company information in separate card
- Study mail server settings in table below
How to Edit Personal Data
- Click "Edit" button in profile information block
- Go to editing page (/app/personal-data/edit)
- Change needed fields:
- Full name (required field) - user's full name
- E-mail (required field) - email for login
- Phone number (required field) - contact phone
- If necessary, change password:
- Enter new password in "New Password" field
- Confirm new password in "Repeat New Password" field
- Password fields appear only when first field is filled
- Click "Save" button
- Confirm changes in appeared dialog with current password
How to Change Password
- Go to data editing
- In "New Password" section enter desired password
- In "Repeat New Password" field enter password again
- Save changes
- Confirm password change
Email Settings
Functionality Overview
The "Email Settings" section allows you to manage mail servers for sending emails in scripts. Here you can add, edit, and delete mail servers.
How to Add New Mail Server
- In "Email" section click "Add" button
- Fill creation form:
- Server address - SMTP server (e.g., smtp.gmail.com)
- Server address port - SMTP server port (usually 587, 465 or 25)
- Connection protection - choose encryption type (SSL, TLS or none)
- Username - login for server authorization
- User password - password for authorization
- From which email letters - sender address
- From which name to send letters - sender name
- Click "Create" button
- Wait for confirmation of server creation
How to Edit Mail Server
- In mail servers table click on needed row
- In opened window change necessary parameters
- Click "Save" button
- Wait for confirmation of changes
How to Delete Mail Server
- Select servers in table (can select multiple)
- Click delete button in actions panel
- Confirm deletion in dialog window
- Wait for confirmation of deletion
Displayed Information in Table
- Address - server address and port (e.g., smtp.gmail.com:587)
- Username - login for authorization
- From which email to send letters - sender address
- In real time - server status (Online/Offline)
Mail Server Management Features
- Can add multiple servers for different purposes
- Each server configured individually with own parameters
- Servers used in scripts for sending emails
- "Online" status means server is available for sending
- "Offline" status means connection problems with server
Company Information
Displayed Data
Company information is displayed in a separate card and includes:
General data:
- Organization name - full company name
- Legal form - type of legal entity
- TIN - taxpayer identification number
- Legal address - company registration address
For individual entrepreneurs:
- OGRNIP - main state registration number of individual entrepreneur
For limited liability companies:
- KPP - reason code for tax registration
- OGRN - main state registration number
- OKVED - all-Russian classifier of economic activity types
Important Features
- Company data cannot be changed through interface
- To change data contact manager
- TIN is used for account identification
- Data loads automatically when logging into system
Security Settings
Password Change
- Use strong password - minimum 8 characters
- Include numbers and special characters
- Don't use simple passwords like "123456"
- Regularly change password for security
Data Protection
- Don't share password with third parties
- Log out of system when finishing work
- Use only reliable devices for login

How to Change Company Name?
Limitations:

How to Configure Mail Server for Gmail?
Gmail settings:
- Server address: smtp.gmail.com
- Port: 587 (for TLS) or 465 (for SSL)
- Connection protection: TLS or SSL
- Username: your Gmail address
- Password: application password (not main password)
- From which email: your Gmail address
- From which name: desired sender name
Important: For Gmail you need to use application password, not main account password.
How to Use Mail Servers in Scripts?

- Can choose any of added servers as sender
