Authorization

To use the service, you need to be an authorized user by completing one of the authorization stages.
Authorization is divided into three main blocks

Personal Account Registration

Clients can register a personal account only for a legal entity with the company's TIN specified.

Step 1.
On the main page of the site, click "Registration" in the top panel of the login form

Step 2.
In the appeared form, enter your full name, E-mail, TIN and click "Register"

Step 3.
After that, an email with a confirmation code will be sent to the specified email address, enter it in the appeared account confirmation form and click the "Create account" button

Done! Within a minute, your personal account will be available

Login

Login is performed using E-mail and password

Password Recovery

If you forgot your login or password to access your personal account and you HAVE access to the contact e-mail, follow the instructions below.

Step 1.
Go to the "Forgot password?" link and enter the e-mail that was specified when registering your personal account. Then click the "Send link to email" button. An email with a password recovery link will be sent to the specified email.

Step 2.
Log into your contact email, open the email from Flowex and follow the link. The link is valid for one hour. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check the "Spam" folder.

Step 3.
Set a new password and click "Save new password"

Done! You have changed your password to access your personal account
